Saab confirms that General Motors Co. has signed a stock purchase agreement with Koenigsegg Group AB regarding the sale of 100% of the shares of Saab Automobile AB. The deal is expected to conclude in the next months and will then secure Saab's future. Also Saab Automobile announces that it plans to exit legal reorganisation status shortly. Renowned for their supercar heritage and named by Forbes Magazine as having made one of the most beautiful cars in history, Koenigsegg will move forward with Saab towards an exciting future and as always, we'll keep you updated.
