Saab joins Pecha Kucha Night
Saab is pleased to announce that they will be the principal sponsor of Pecha Kucha Night Melbourne throughout 2008. Saab itself has a proud history of cutting edge Swedish design and innovative thinking, so we are a passionate supporter of grass roots art and design movements like Pecha Kucha in What is Pecha Kucha Night?
Pecha Kucha Night was conceived in 2003 as a place for young designers to meet, network, and show their work in public. The key to Pecha Kucha Night is each presenter is only allowed 20 images, each shown for 20 seconds each – giving 6 minutes 40 seconds of fame before the next presenter is up. Pecha Kucha Night has spread virally to over 100 cities across the world.
